Such an incredible iconic tastemaker!
oh, that's good! pgt
I feel the same..an thankfully I can find good cloths, where Nancy would perhaps not looked at all!
I think I can quote from Love in a Cold Climate and In Pursuit of Love in my sleep. The Mitfords. What a family. As for clothes, Linda Radlett isn't a true femme du monde until Fabrice lets her hit Dior.
She was right!!
That way, if she spent truckloads of money on good clothes, she could comfort herself that it was just like buying tablets and potions. There was really no alternative :)
love this picture! Nancy Mitford is so much more interesting and attractive than the Pippas & Beatrices that the Brits trot out these days!
Good clothes do affect everything about us....I mentality feel ever so much better when wearing clothes that lift me up! And good clothes can be simple, like a white BDO starched shirt and a pair of good fitting jeans and cool shoes.
I am charmed, so charmed by your work here :). Congrats and kisses.
As i can see she must had a very good health.
